A total of 187 comfortable rooms are distributed across the 14 floors of the Residenz Hotel.  You can select from the categories Standard, Premium and Deluxe. Boarding house apartments with a kitchenette are available for guests wishing to stay longer.

Our hotel restaurant offers tasty regional cuisine and international dishes. Snacks, cool drinks and freshly mixed cocktails are available from our bar or in the lounge.

High above the rooftops of the city you can enjoy total relaxation in our fitness and sauna facilities. We will be happy to arrange an appointment for you with our physiotherapist Anne-Katrin Schumann for a massage which you can enjoy in the comfortable surroundings of your own room!

Dogs are also welcome in our Standard rooms – on request you can bring one dog per room.

Location & directions

The Residenz Hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. Located only a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, the hotel is the ideal base for your business or private stay in Chemnitz.

Free parking spaces are available right next to the hotel. We charge per car and night a parking fee of 10 euros. Tram and bus stops as well as the Südbahnhof station are within easy walking distance.
